Non Allotment of Room by Mangalmurti Homes to me in phase3

Respected Sir,
This is with reference to my complaintletter dated[protected] given to the police incharge Titwala pertaining to Mangalmurti Homes not given room to mefor the agreement done on[protected] against the receipt no 4163 dt[protected]wherein I have paid him Rs 250000 out ofRs 320000 and the balance of Rs 70000 would be paid to him on allotment of theroom which was told that they would give to me after 9 months but nowafter more than 2 years they areconstantly giving excuses that you will get the room after few days

Hence further we gave letter to Supredentant of policeThane gramin on 23/2/2013 and thus Mr. Anil Kumbare SP directed us on the sameday to Mr. Godbole and he told Mr.Godbole to look into this matter seriously and thus they started coordinatingwith Mr. Sudharsan Jadhav in this matter

And thus finally on[protected] Mr. Sudharsan Jadhav gaveme the letter along with others in thetitwala police station that he will giveme the room before 30th Nov 2013 in Phase 3 at Titwala half kms fromganesh mandir temple opposite to swami samarath temple.

But the process still did not stop there itself and on 28thJune 2013 Mr. Santosh Manjrekar raised FIR vide FIR NO I 138/13 under section 406 and 420 who mostlygot the room alongwith other person whose names were in the Fir among 28 person. The fraud amount in the police stationhad exceed Rs 16404937

Also Mr. Ashok Kumbare told that you will get the room atPhase III but still we have not received the same neither his property at PhaseIII had still been seized alongwith Phase I which is still under Mr. SudharsanJadhav custody completely and we want that to be seized and give us the room onPhase 3 location at the earliest.

Also Mr. Godbole told us orally that we will try to helpyou at the earliest in sorting out the problem but in the meantime I did not got in touch with Mr. Ashok kumbare andMr. Godbole who are constantly supported us in sorting out the issue but theopposite party is everytime denying to give us the room and also the officeaddress recently is closed were earlier it was situated.

Kindly help us tosort this matter at the earliest
