Mangalmurti Homes Titwala — Help required by giving recent address of mr. Sudharshan jadhav proprietor of mangalmurti homes titwala as titwala police station does not have

This person mr. Sudarshan jadhav alongwith others is creating huge fraud but he has been not stop from doing this. In television we find reporter saying that if your complaint is not been registered by the police station and you want help we give but none on calling the zee tv also they told they are not looking in private fraud cases.
The only thing a person as a citizen can do either you are been cheated or not can give me the correct address of mr. Sudharshan jadhav since there was final hearing from consumer court but due to wrong address given by the titwala police station orally i send that notice to him but it came back hence i requested the consumer court to remove the non bailable warranty against him i have also asked tv 9 to give the help hoping that this fraud person who might have any support alongwith the supporter should be brought behind bar and we should see that non bailable arrest warranty should be raised against him hence if you have any type of address of sudarshan jadhav whether he stays in rented house please send me the mail on my email id pravin. [protected]@gmail.com donot call but only give the address with correct pin no and photo of proof identity if you can remove and send of this person

Dear sir,

This is reference to the mail send on[protected] regarding the oral
Address given by mr samadhan nagare sahib and also on[protected] i
Went to titwala police station to personally hand over this letter to
Them regarding the address needed to deliver this below letter which
Is send to mr. Devendra fadnavis vide registered ad no rm[protected]in
Which is duly acknowledgement by their office as per the attachment

Earlier mr. Sudarshan office was at shop no. B 8 - 6, 7, 8, gayatri dham, sector - 3,
Ganesh mandir road, manda, titwala from where sudarshan
Was doing his business and was arrested under fir no fir no. Is i
138 / 13 under ipc 406 & 420 for rs 1, 64, 00000 / - (One crore sixty four
Lacs) against mangalmurti homes by the name mr. Santosh manjrekar a
Group of 28 persons

In this fir my name is also added but still titwala police station
Neither bother to take the statement and registered my individual fir
For which several letter had been given to them and sp office and on
Enquiring they say only single fir can be taken against sudarshan
Jadhav can i know in which law book there is procedure of taking only
One fir against the person who has cheated more than 500 person who
Has dared to registered the complaint on him but there is no such
Support from the titwala police station since my warrant is return
Back stating we donot have is address.

I am afraid if the police are not giving the complete detail to court
Because since if his address is not available then please tell the
Court against our court case no rcc no 94 - 2014 dt 29th jan 2014 that
Sudarshan jadhav is not available to them and ask them to remove non
Bailable arrest warrant against him since on 15th june 2015 when i
Visited their office they again gave me false address ie
Rojali complex room no 1706 godrej kadakpada kalyan west
Wherein i send the registered ad vide no rm[protected]in dt[protected]
Which is retn back stating incomplete address
Also address given by samadhan nagare sahib ie arti nagri b 601 behind
Mohan height, wayle nagar, kadakpada, kalyan. Wherein i send the
Registered ad vide rm[protected]im which was returned back stating
Incomplete address for which i have also send sms to nagare sahib on
[protected] again stating i want correct address for send my consumer
Case which is registered against sudarshan jadhav whose final hearing
Is on[protected] but no reply received against the sms send to him
Since oral transaction of address given by titwala police station is
Not satisfying me.
Also i have send the registered ad at his other office which is at
Phase 2 ie a / 11, ankharpada goveli road, near petrol pump, taluka –
Kalyan,
District – thane vide ad no rm[protected]in which is remark as left
India

Hence please ask titwala police station to ask for permission

Hearing is there so that i can visit the court and ask for his non
Bailable arrest warranty. Also regarding this i have against send sms
To mr. Nagare sahib on[protected] on his mobile no [protected]

Attaching the stating removed for the registed ad and will also ask
The consumer forum to remove the non bailable arrest warrant against
Sudarshan jadhav for which i have send him sms on his mobile no
[protected] on[protected] and earlier also to attend the court and
Settle my and paramjeet rupra case in court by giving us the
Authorized room. Again today ie[protected] i have send him the
Reminder to attend the case as his address given by titwala police
Station had reverted back due to incomplete address.
