[Resolved]  Mangalmurti Homes Titwala — PHASE I BKG. CHEQUE RETURN OF RS 75000

As per advertisement given by MANGALMURTI HOMES, TITWALA for 250350 sq.ft. room at rs.[protected]. Basis of advertisement, we go to the MANGALMURTI OFFICE, TITWALA. The people was shown the PLACE WHERE THE ROOM WAS BUILT. On booking we have paid RS.11000= BY cheque on 31032011 & rest of rs.64000- on 03042011. The payment paid by cheque only. Mr.sudarshan JadhavMr.aatish more & people of offfice said possession will be given 3-4 months. Continuous follow up & reminder over phone some problems over there. We met Mr.ritesh regarding the issues, he says the land is captured by KDMC due to some technical problems & might be solve. Said issues not solved, we met mr.ritesh he asked us to cancelled the notary agreement & we return ur booking 50% amount ie. rs.75000- only issue a postdated cheque. This discussion is on 13092012. Postdated cheque no,405867 dated 02122012 of icici bank kalyan branch of rs.75000-. DEPOSITING THE SAID CHEQUE, CHEQUE IS DISHONOURED FOR FUNDS INSUFFICIENT. Return of cheque informed to Mr.ritesh, he says deposit the cheque again. Second time cheque was returned by FUNDS INSUFFICIENT. Several times followup over mobile over email over sms, no one could get answerednot pick up the mobile nor given the emailsms reply. We also offer a settlement for sort out the issues but this will not be also answer. What we do for this situation? Kindly help us to sort out the issues.
