[Resolved] Maruti Insurance — Need to improve customer relationship training and some office equiptment like Photocopy ,computer in your Nagrota,(H.P) branch

Today i went to get my vehicle insured in this said branch. I am not ready with my copy of vehicle RC copy.So when i request that dealing insurance guy to provide me with the copy of the documents.Then he said i don't have Photocopy facilities here and ask me to get those done from some photocopier which i think is quite far.So the request him to get that scan and provide me that copy as the scanner facility is already there.In this way he just give that old copy to me. What to my surprise is that he just intentionally want me to go that distance to make that copy inspite he could finish that job in his office.In this way he just humiliate me.Then after that i just said to him why are u doing such thing like that, he said it doesn't matter wherever you complaint. I went to that sales officer and they just ignore me completely and just do nothing.That time the big boss is also there and also he did nothing.Anyway being a share holder of this company myself, it is very said to see such person who don't care about the companies performance.I definitely look forward to hear from u what action has taken.

I have maruti swift dzire with MH12 HV 6321, I renewed my policy dt.19.03.2015 in sai service centre, phuge wadi, pune, but still date I don't receive policy. more than 5 calls to executive but no confirm answers from her.
