Maruti Insurance — Non Attending the Customers | |||
First Complaint: - My Policy is expiring on 22.10.2014. Even I, on my own, had made a phone call for at least 5-7 times and then only on the last month, my insurance policy could be verified at Vishakhatnama but even till today i.e. expiry of about 10 days, none has paid any heed even to make a call to me. Really deprecable. Rajeev Dang Second Complaint: -Today, after making an on-line complaint, an employee called me who, being so annoyed and harsh, stated that due to heavy rush and in view of the ample time in expiration of Policy, we give weightage to the new and ensuing customers. This is the level of attending existing customers. I am seriously thinking to switch over to a new Insurance Company. I hereby request the highest official in the Company to view my complaint seriously. I am still very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
