Maruti Suzuki — Complaint about the flood affected car — service & insurance delay | |||
Dear Sir, Complaint regarding the flood affected car. My name is Mr.K.D JOHNSON from Chennai ( Pallavaram), we have given 3 cars( Celero - TN85 B 4523, Swift Dezire - TN22 CB 3744 and Alto - TN10 Y 1796) to ABT Maruti, Guindy for insurance & service to flood affected car. They lifted car from us on 13.12.2015, but till now no response from their side, what i have to do. I need car very very Urgent. Also please note that Am a regular customer of Maruti Suzuki and suggested many many person also, but now am not at all satisfied with this Company, because no help from Company side in our needy time, mant times we requested concern person for our car but no response. We request you to conform and clear the issue as soon as possible, because already 2 months over, still not even 1 car they released for our purpose.
