[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — complaint for swift vdi

a black swift vdi was purchased on 29 aug. 2014 from MY CAR (BHOPAL) PVT. LTM (0303) an abnormal noise was found while taking right turn matter was reported to dealer. the car was sent to the service station siuated at jinsi national highway 12 bhopal. service centre mechanics found fault of front right side tyre which was reported to tyre company( J.K. TYRE)which was inspected by JK TYRE engineer and the same was replaced but the next day again an abnormal voice detect from front right wheel while taking turn. again the car was taken to sevice centreand a job card slip issued on 15 /09/2014 serial no 62 was issued. on that day they dismentled my front drive shaft then some other parts and in the evenig they told that u have to come next day . on the next day we went to service station and told their wae no noise problem my submmision is that when their was no problem why they have dismetled new car. all these 3 days i have gone through mental agony. this is very serious problem which complled me to go to cosumer court kindly look into thr matter immediaetly yours, SADIQ ALI BAIG H.NO. 3, STREET NO. 4, IBRAHIMPURA BHOPAL(M.P.) 462001 MOB.
