Hi i received a new alto at car on nov 4th saturday brd dealer aluva. Within 5 days the car got complaint and while checking with dealer they told it is manufacturer error and will rectify. I paid the full amount. I am not asking for a discounted vehicle or else. For 4.5 lacs i received a damaged vehicle. And there is no response till now. So many times i contacted the customer cares.
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Sir,
      On dated 28th september 2017 i purchased suzuki access 125 from super sales meghavath suzuki, ganga nagar, bengaluru and according to your gold rush offer l got a token no bou19 and confirmation no. [protected] for a ladies watch and i was told that the gift will be delivered me through courier service. I waited 1month. When i did not get the gift i enquired with dealer from where i got a toll free number. On further enquiry in that number i got information that the gift was delivered from bangalore on 9.10.2017 through dtdc courier service having consignment number i. E. B48875354. After getting track report i came to know that the same was delivered wrongly to some one else. I lodged with a complaint to dtdc but till yet it is not delivered to me.
      Therefore i would like to request you to take necessary action against dtdc courier service to deliver me the gift item as early as possible.

        Dear sir /madam,

        I am sada bhai k patel from from modasa gujarat, i have your alpha baleno.. Which i bought from your nexa outlet star line mehsana.

        Details of my vehicle. Registration no - gj31- a - 6663- engine no - d13a - 3030833 and chasis no - ma3ewb62shc315030.
        Current km run - 23737.

        Now i come to issue which i faced...

        After using your baleno i planed to upgrade my self with ciaz, so i visited same outlet at mehsana. I asked them to exchange my baleno against the ciaz.. Which i want to purchase.

        I meet the relation ship manger mr balkrishan shathwara for further process.. He called mr jigar bhatt from exchange department to check my cars value. After all the discussion the value quoted by and the statement from the exchange guys is very surprising and the total illogical which hurted me most.

        Mr jigar bhatt is saying that we can give you the best rate thats 6.5 lakh which is the best from our side.. Than i asked why you quoting so low.. He said... Your engine is sounding not well.. I means thats the reason i can give you lower price.

        I feel very bad with the statement... I think i have been cheated by the nexa... Because i purchased this product in month of may 2017 only. By spending the 9.78 lakh rupees... Its question of my 9.78 lakh rs...

        Is your nexa is producing so cheep product or hired the people??? Who even dont have any knowledge or respect with their own product.

        My request you to give me proper resolution on same.. As a customer i feel very helpless and cheated... If i dont get any satisfactory answer than i have only.. Way to knock the doors of consumer forum..

        Expecting instant solution on same.

          Hi,

          I have submitted my car to your authorised service centre, varun motoros, nanakaram guda. My car number: ap28dw9483, this car was submitted on 20th nov for the body damages and the ac complaints.
          I have a serious complaint about the ac repair they performed the way my car and i am handled.

          Let me narrate the issue:
          Complaint: ac is not working
          What happend after that: they called me asking they need few days to examine, which i was ok. After few days they called me saying the ac compressor has an issue and needs to be lubricated. I had given the permission to do so and keep me posted the result. After 2 days they called me again and confirmed that the ac compressor not working and needs to be replaced. I went with a decision not to replace it now due to my financial issue. If this is the case, there is no issue so far. Let me tell you what is the issue then: they gave me the car and i took that home. After i reached home, i observed a part of that which dropped from the car engine. I was worried and called the mechanic near me. He came and opened the compressor and to our surprise, the compressor shaft was broken and maruti suzuki team done the welding without anyones knowledge. Now that part is not completely working. They neither told me 1). That the shaft was broken and 2). They had to do the welding.
          This is complete breach of trust that i had on maruti suzuki. How can in such a big company, this unprofessional service can be done.in the name of transparency, all these unethical practices happening.

          Assume, that i had to ask you replace the ac compressor and not even anyone would have known about this. They simply done the welding and sent me home with a gate pass. They disabled my capacity to get it repaired else where. I cannot accept this and this product is not less than 20k. I want the justice and answer from maruti suzuki. Not sure to how many customers this is happening, when you call someone to replace a part, you happily do that but what happened on the old one no one knows. This is what happens, i am the example. I will wait for a response and justice from maruti suzuki.

          I have Maruthi suzuki SWIFT VDI new car TN38BW 0979. Every periodical service the service center ask 1.5% extra service charge for the card payment.
          This is additional burden for us.

          Kindly inform to the service centers to avoid this for maruthi customers.

          I have given my Maruthi 800 car bearing Rgn. No : TN.07 AK 7090 for Servicing and with repair for the low pick up at CARS INDIA Private Limited, ( CRESENT AUTO REPAIRS & SERVICES INDIA PVT. LTD.), at no: 17, Lattice Bridge Road, Adayar, Chennai- 600 020 on[protected]. The repair estimate was originally informed at Rs. 12, 500/-. In the evening, they informed that the estimate has gone up to Rs. 14000/- telling that some more spares are required. Then the car was delivered to me on 02nd December, 2017.Looking at the size of the Work shop I signed all the papers and also rated the the service was good. The next day I took the car from my residence to a Super market about 3KM distance. After one hour halt there, I took the Vehicle back to my residence. Within a KM there was big smoke in the engine and there were oil bursting from the coolant.The vehicle came to a halt. After the local mechanic"s advice i.e. after adding some water in the coolant the vehicle slowly managed to reach the residence.It was informed that this happened as the Fan Motor was not working. This was a big surprise to me that while the car was given for repair the there was no complaint in the Fan Motor. For that matter, there had been no such incidence for the past 10 years.
          Further, the Fuel Meter was working while the car was given for Service but it was was not working after the Service. No reason is given by the Mechanic for these faults.
          The next day I called the Mechanical Supervisor, Mr. Selvam. He informed that he was on leave and will attend to me on the next day. I contacted him again on the next day and informed of the deficiency. The response was vague and simply replying that the Fan Motor requires replacement and to set right the Fuel meter the estimate would be around Rs. 5000/- I was totally dejected as the service had ended with disuse of the vehicle and vehicle could not be used after having spent Rs. 13.450/-. Despite my request for set set right the deficiencies happened during the servicing, there is no proper response from the company. The vehicle is of no use now. This is the fate of the service.
          I just waited for a week hoping that they will attend to my request as I did not want to prefer a complaint but in vain. Now I am helpless as the vehicle has been made disuse by the Servicing Center hence I prefer this compliant.
          I request your good self to kindly intervene and advise the above referred Service Center to set right the faults happened during their Servicing.
          Incidentally, I would like quote that the side mirror was replaced but the pad inside the body was not replaced . This is only to site an example for the quality.
          As per the Tax Invoice No;002/BR//17008437 dated[protected], there were 36 items were replaced. I certainly doubt whether they really replaced or only billed.
          I sincerely hope that you will attend to my complaint and redress the same.

            new dzire amt issues

            Recently i bought new dzire vxi amt from garuda maruthi bangalore, initially it was very nice after 1st service i am getting many problems, mentioned below.

            1. Breaks are making huge noise, service teams are doing something and after some time its again creating same noice
            2. Engine coolant (Blue) dash board symbol is getting light when i start the car and getting turned off after 5 to...

            I bought a suzuki access 125 from chithra suzuki kollam
            Within 30 days my indicator light stopped working.
            I had contacted the dealer and the same was replaced.
            But they charged for the same.
            I accept the warranty issues and all
            But quality of the parts used is pretty poor.
            If those are not lasting for even 30 days
            Then what's the reason for charging so much from customers

              I bought s cross alpha on 12nov 2017 and from the 1st day i started getting 2nd gear shift problem. When 1st i informed to service station they told me i am not shifting the gears properly. Then again i visited and another person took the ride and he found the issue. 1st and 2nd gear synchro has the issue and it needs to be replaced.
              Now i am facing issue with reverse gear as well.
              I have registered the complaint with nexa with reference id nx[protected].
              I need msil to either replace the whole gear box or give a new vehicle because i am getting this problem from the 1st itself.

                I have purchase bale-no zeta petrol from navneet moter udaipur at the day of booking car i fill lost's of problem from delar. I have select silver color but they provide me a white color.
                Very disappointed with the service quality. 31-nov-2017 my car is stop on a road at mid ninght 11.30 pm i try to start it but not start car after that i was call to sell's executive for help line number but he provide me a 8.00 am to 8.00 pm number and he not providing me solution, after this 5 days later car is again stop. And they people not providing any solution i am complete unhappy customer from navneet moter at the days of booking bale-no car.
                At the purchasing time sell executive sell me nexa card and told me if you purchase this card then nexa provide you 24*365 help on call. Laikin jab maine aisa kha usko to bola maine aisa kabhi kha hi nhi tha

                  I have purchased new maruti dzire car from kiran motors ltd, ahmedabad in oct 2017.

                  My tape is not working.

                  I have given my car for first service at kiran motors service station located at sola road, ahmedabad. When i took my car the tape system stopped working.

                  I shown this to service station but they asked me to directly visit tape service person who told that he will check only when kiran motors will give him take.

                  I am just going here and there without any solution. I have purchased new maruti dzire car to enjoy the drive but i am just harassed.

                  Pls give solution.

                      I have 2 days back found out that the tapping cover of my car has been broken, which can happen only if it is mishandled, hence i found that the same was opened at your sai service center, verna, goa. I had many other issues also when i gave my car for servicing they have done the following damage, theft and mishandling of my car.
                      1. The unnecessarily replaced my cars igniters and charged heavily for them and after proving that the new ones are not required i got the refund from them.
                      2. They have changed my car tyre rims and replaced with faulty ones (Which i found out from my regular car tyre service guy)
                      3. The tapping cover was opened it and since then there is been an oil leakage issue and days back only after a checkup at kataria service centre, vadodara, gujarat. I could come to know.
                      4. Their has been many misbehaving incidences with particularly 1 person named irranna at goa.

                      Request you to take strict action against them and also request you to get my cheat-fully replacing and breaking my cars fixed or compensated.

                      Engine making unnecessary noise after 3rd service, engine oil grade and quantity was a doubt to the mechanics of workshop. Engine sound is not normal after 3rd service. Kindly solve this.

                        I feel ashamed of writing that the services provide by maruti suzuki in our city is really awfull.
                        That makes me completely neglectable and feel bad by purchasing car of maruti suzuki.
                        The dealer refused to take the insurance claim cashless as mentioned in the policy.
                        Im hopeful to get a appropriate action for my help or my next step would be consumer court only.

                          Sir good day am senior advocate surendran owning ioc petrol bunk bought maruti new swift vdi on 30th june 2017 gulfed with smoky flames on 22nd november 2200hours media police public came to rescue shocked panicked family friends running for shelter a four months old pumping high voluminous flamed smoke from bonnet with high rising thundering noise from engine exhaust vent pouring white smoke oil spillage on road totally pandemonium on busy traffic, car towed to abt maruti workshop at guindy chennai removed the engine to find the analomy

                          I had exchange my Chevrolet SPARK LS car and purchase one new ALTO LXI car in Dec 2016 but still they didn't transfer my car ownership .
                          We are trying to get the quote for ambulance since last 1month but unable to get from your Bharuch (Gujrat) showroom .no body is responsible to give us the correct feedback.
                          Your dealer in Muzaffarpur bihar are not giving accessories at the time of sale and also they are charging for that, which i suppose should come free of cost. Also the manager here don’t know how to talk to the customer.They treat customer as they are not important. I am very much disappointed from the service and will not recommend anyone to buy

                            I have given my wagon r vehicle for a starting problem at indus, at angamaly, kerala. For one day the vehicle was kept at workshop and the supervisor handed over the vehicle without taking any charges saying that there is no issue. But after 2 days, the vehicle got breakdown on the way and i informed the indus, supervisor and he arranged to tow the vehicle from the spot to the work shop and kept vehicle for one day at workshop and handed over to me on next day after charging around 2000/- rupees saying that there was a problem in petrol filter and the same was corrected.
                            But after 2 days ie; 3/12/17, vehicle again breakdown on the road and my journey got stopped. Again the vehicle has taken to workshop.
                            It is very disappoint for me that after 2 or 3 times check from the authorized dealer, the complaint is not getting a remedial action and the problem is continuing.
                            Kindle provide me a suitable help on this regard.

                              Hi i am chirag shah from thane.
                              I have maruti ritz which is 5yrs old and all the services r done in maruti authorised service center.
                              I have given my car to mulund carkraft your authorised service center.
                              I am very unhappy with the service center. I have take an annual amc contract in which i have 4 services in which the first service was of allignment washing and tune up.
                              When i received my car it was only serviced, tune up and air filter check was not done. When i told then they told me it was done. I was personally present in the entire service and they did not even open the airfilter to clean. They had only washed my car and given back to me.
                              Sachin was the person who had taken in charge of my car. He is very rude and doesnt give any response when v tell him about any issue.
                              When ever i tell him about the problem he tries to ignore. His rude attitude and approach is very bad
                              Plz if possible revert on my no [protected]
                              I am unhappy about the service and the service station.
                              I have 2 services pending and i dont want to give it to them.
                              I stay in thane and i want my service done in thane

                                Sir i m facing a problem in proper service of my car swift lxi its third service of my car before that i claim for a insurance at sudarshanpura jaipur they claim full amount of bill but they have not done a proper work now they are not given my car on time they have taken 3 days at the time of picking the car they said they will return the car on same day its 11.30 mid night i m facing a lots of problems so please take the action against this one...

                                  I have done my car insurance done from your end on 6th nov. 2017. I was being informed that if will pay the insurance amount online then i will get rs.550 as cashback by your agent nancy (Contact no. [protected])

                                  I told her that i need this over an email and in a while i received an email stating the same undersigned by ms. Sharda tanwer but the amount mentioned in email was rs. 500 instead of rs. 550. On further confirmation of the same from nancy, she told that she will pay the rest amount o paytm.

                                  After that i have paid the full amount online. Its been about 1 month now, i have not received any cashback neither any of your agents or customer care is responding.
                                  I have called agent nancy lot many times even informed her that i will escalate the matter still no response from her.

                                  I have even called ms. Sharda tanwer (Insurance manager contact :- [protected] competent gurgaon infocity) but unfortunately no reply from her end too.

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    I give the eeco car for iiird free service. The service of car was very poor. I am not satisfied with the service of dealer. They delivered me car in very dirty condition even they do not clean inside. The real photographs of car when they delivered it to me are attached here with. Please take strong action against the dealear.
