Its been more than a month that i have purchase a wagonr from aher auto prime llp and they have yet not given me the car number. The excuse i keep getting is there is some issue at the rto and hence they are not releasing numbers. I am feed up following up with the sales team and the contact center of aher is totally useless. They took my car for first servicing and sent me a bill of rs.500 for perfume and air filter. Nothing that i had asked...

I had met accident on 22.10.2017 and car was given for repair on 23.10.2017.
I have insurance from royal sundaram.
(Zero dept policy).
The car is with malad service centre, mumbai, kanchpada.

Whenever i asked about my car repair they tell that parts is not available.

Please look into matter and do the needful.

But one thing i want to come to your goodself is that all most all body parts (Inside the various sides of bonnet, on running board, on the sides of all doors) the problem of rusting is seen. Sir, i think it is a manufacturing defect itself. If it was seen on only a particulars area. It could be solved by properly doing patchwork and painting....

I visited vau workshop, patna on 12.11.2017 and servicing was done vide invoice no.001/bc/1700/1856 amounting to rs.3264/-. I find that after servicing mileage has been reduced and not smooth running. It was better in condition before servicing. Smell is also blowing.
