Hi,
I have submitted my car to your authorised service centre, varun motoros, nanakaram guda. My car number: ap28dw9483, this car was submitted on 20th nov for the body damages and the ac complaints.
I have a serious complaint about the ac repair they performed the way my car and i am handled.
Let me narrate the issue:
Complaint: ac is not working
What happend after that: they called me asking they need few days to examine, which i was ok. After few days they called me saying the ac compressor has an issue and needs to be lubricated. I had given the permission to do so and keep me posted the result. After 2 days they called me again and confirmed that the ac compressor not working and needs to be replaced. I went with a decision not to replace it now due to my financial issue. If this is the case, there is no issue so far. Let me tell you what is the issue then: they gave me the car and i took that home. After i reached home, i observed a part of that which dropped from the car engine. I was worried and called the mechanic near me. He came and opened the compressor and to our surprise, the compressor shaft was broken and maruti suzuki team done the welding without anyones knowledge. Now that part is not completely working. They neither told me 1). That the shaft was broken and 2). They had to do the welding.
This is complete breach of trust that i had on maruti suzuki. How can in such a big company, this unprofessional service can be done.in the name of transparency, all these unethical practices happening.
Assume, that i had to ask you replace the ac compressor and not even anyone would have known about this. They simply done the welding and sent me home with a gate pass. They disabled my capacity to get it repaired else where. I cannot accept this and this product is not less than 20k. I want the justice and answer from maruti suzuki. Not sure to how many customers this is happening, when you call someone to replace a part, you happily do that but what happened on the old one no one knows. This is what happens, i am the example. I will wait for a response and justice from maruti suzuki.
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is additional burden for us.
Kindly inform to the service centers to avoid this for maruthi customers.
