I am piyush atri, from indore, patel motor insurance department provided me insurance policy of my dezire car &at the time of selling policy they provided me free service coupen of patel motor dealer to encash free servicing within 6 months, now they are charging for servicing, insurance employees &insurance senior person is misleading maruti customers &for sailing insurance they are giving false commitment and coupens...

I have booked a complaint on 12.11.2017. The detail of complaint is given below; pending complaint:- avanish varshan (Cust no:[protected], ref no:- ([protected]), dlr code (S502s5,) payment related, 1 days.

The people from dealer point has visited my place and paid back my 10000 advance through online. So i have no issues with them now. So i request you to withdraw back the complaint.

I have booked a s-cross zeta on 27th of october and they informed that i will get the delivery within 10 to 15 days. But when i called them today they are still saying that it will take 15 days more.

Why do they give such faulty promises and make us buy the vehicle and later behave like this? Can you please take this complaint seriously and work on it?

This is to bring into your notice about the bitter experience i had from your dealer avg kottayam, kerala.
On 03/08/2017 i took my alto bearing reg no: kl-05-z-7269 to avg for a detailed service and had done the work as per the service invoice (Copy attached herewith). Later after 2 days i noticed something wrong with allignment and i took the vehicle again to avg and get it corrected what they had already done 2 days ago. Again next...
