I serviced my swift car in kakkavayal indus wayanad kerala on 01072021, but unfortunately your servicing agent not carried out tyre rotation, and underbody wash. First tyre rotation done by 7727 km and now km reading of my car is 17420.after running of 9693 km the car need not a proper tyre rotation? Totally dissappointed service!

    Hi,
    I visited Competant Maruti service center in Gurgaon, Near Hero Honda chowk on 27 th of July for repairing my wagon R car due to accident was happened on 26 th of July. I requested people available there for providing me car as early as possible because my wife is Medical officer (doctor) and due to COVID situation, she has to rejoin her duty as soon as possible. But they had informed me after ten days that the parts requirement has now closed today. Even they didn’t provide me replacement. I talked to Mr. Sanjeev Badhwa, GM, service about all things happened to me. He always told me that Sir, I’LL let you know what’s going on and never responded me. Now it was on Monday (9th of August), when I made a call to him for knowing the situation, he said that Delivery Order is in process and then That delivery order is in process till 12th of August in evening 5:30 pm. Can you explain me this, is this tolerable thing. I requested him to drop my car because I am not able to pick the car due to my some urgent official work my, he was just making me fool that there is no person who can drop your car, this can be happened only tomorrow. Now it’s about 12:30 pm nothing has happened.
    I regretfully inform you that it is the worst service or behaviour I saw in my life and I will never visit COMPETANT Automobile co. ltd. anywhere from n my life.

            I have bought a maruti suzuki ciaz the car has done 25000 kms only and I've started facing steering issues in my car it gets so hard at highway speeds that it starts making my shoulders pain and the car seems out of control it can be really dangerous to drive in such a condition. And as usual the service guys don't have a solution to this problem.

Or iska paint kahi kahi sai yellow ho gia hai, is ki mainai gulzar moter ludhiana mai complaint bhi ki hai, par koi responsibility nahi mil rahi .car inspection kai lia koi nahi aiya.                   We bought Baleno car in March 2021. Buy May NEXA arranged for the free 1st service even though it would have traveled less than 200 km.
                  Due to Covid we avoid going around. Being a doctor I take the car to the hospital which is less than 10 km per day.

                  Few days back my wife went and bought 2 sacs of fertiliser bags nearly 50 Kgs. While sitting on the left side of the back seat, our driver noticed a dragging sound which he felt is due to suspender touching the ground when going over speed breaker and pot holes.

                  Nexa informed Maruti service center at Arumbakkam, Chennai, when the Manager Mr. Nagaraj wanted re-inspection by his team. Mr. Ramu came and checked 2 days baack. When I contacted Mr. Nagaraj, he said he would be discussing with ????.

                  Mr. Nagaraj will be very busy gentleman who is busy with varity of work. But to return the call and inform the customer should also be his priority. I wonder were is the problem.

                  I have been associated with Maruti since nearly 3 decade but it not phase this sort of behavior. Is it that Mr. Nagarajan wants me to personally drive to Maruti service center Arumbakkam, I don't understand. I am a senior citizen and expect some amount of consideration though one will argue that how come he goes to the Hospital!!!

                    I have booked vitara Breeza on July 15 2021. In erode saradhambal agency. The dealer was not providing the correct vehicle status, allotment date and delivery date. If we asked. They said the we tell the allotment date after August 15 2021. Why this much days taking for updating the allotment detail itself. It's really bad. After the allotment date confirmed. Then vehicle transit will take more time. What is this. Why so much time is taking for delivering the vehicle. Please help for quick delivery

                      I work at DGAQA Kolkata under Ministry of Defence. We have a Maruti Omni of 2011 make Reg no 11 B - 111745X.
                      The above car is having an intermittent starting problem for the last 6 months. However the above mentioned servicing centre has not been able to rectify the same. They insist that they can repair it only when the vehicle stops starting completely!!
                      Kindly intervene as it is affecting the operational capability of this Air Force unit.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I would like to inform you the paid service of my car (UP 15 CN 6392) carried out by M/s. Tanaya automobiles Roorkee road Meerut (U.P.) during the month of June 2021.

                        This is to inform you that the service of my car is not satisfactory as,

                        1) There are some sound in car of friction, loosening etc.
                        2) The management at works is not upto the mark as I told to do interior
                        dry cleaning, the supervisor refused to do the same.
                        3) The greasing of doors at hinges not done.

                        As have associated with Maruti since 30 years and found a well managed excellent service.

                        Nowadays I am in Lakhimpur district (U.P.) and having fear in driving of car for any loss due to poor service.

                        Kindly depute reliable engr. to check and dissolve the problem.

                          I had purchased a car make of maruti suzuki, model Swift Dzire LDI year 2012, by name Pratyush Bisen s/o Kamleshwar Bisen eng.No. D13A1818149, chassis no. MA3FJEB1S00126973 reg.No.DL1CN5278 at present in Nagpur.My invoice of the vehicle is missplased. It is requested for depositing road tax in maharastra .                               My car got dashed from back side with unknown heavy vehicle during standing position. One of my friend has been lost his life on 28/07/21. I submitted all the papers and car to your authorised dealer on dated 29/07/21. Yesterday I talked to dealer authorised representative he told that surveyor has been not appointed so I got very much disappointed that the work which can be possible within 24-48 hrs has not been done yet. In this way how I got my full claim.

                                  Complaint: Low mileage. Even after 2 months of the vehicle’s delivery, we are getting very low mileage, that is 9 KMPL. The first service was done as specified in the service book. No improvement is noticed even after the service. Request remedial action to enable us get the mileage as promised by Maruti Suzuki. Also, we would like to inform you that, our R/C booklet is yet to be delivered even after 2 months of the vehicle’s delivery. We sincerely hope you will inform us the action taken by you to that effect also. Thanks.

                                    With due respect and humble submission i Arun kumar SV writing few linea for your kind consideration and favourable action please.
                                    I recently visited (26/07/2021) your popular service center at mannanthala, trivandrum, kerala for normal service to my car Kl-01-BN-9883 (ALTO K10 -2014 MODEL) The service was excellent and the interaction of the service executive is great totally outstanding experience their.

                                    But it felt wrong one thing, the part total cost is Rs. 3235.56/- and Labor cost is Rs. 5244.36/-. The Labor charge is double of part cost for only 4 hours of repair.

                                    The 4 hours of repair popular service center charged Rs.5244.36/-, the alto car is a budget car and middle class persons majority using the alto car. How can we adjust this type of huge labor charge for 4 hour repairing.

                                    Are you give any labor salary Rs. 5000/- per day?? So my car repaired one person first to end. He will done all repairing with in 4 hours..

                                    This kind of action surely decrease your customer due to huge cost of repairing. At the same time the local repairing shop under construct the same repairing under 5000/- with parts. So Definitely i never come back to any maruti service center and not recommend any friend or relatives for service.

                                      Battery of my car was not functioning. I went to Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Aher Autoprime, Kalyan). On 1.08.2021. They confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, but refused to do this citing that the warranty has been expired according to the invoice date.

                                        I was bought my car at vishnu cars padapai brance last Jan 2021. I have to have the car for my first service and body shop work bt my history they didn't mention anything about my first service .i asked the branch they didn't give proper response for that and today i went to one problem in my right side mirror some noises in that side bt they didn't respond and reply to me warranty didn't claim for that and bad experience worst attitude towards customer.. please take action regarding this complaint.
