poor built

The build quality of car is not good enough. You should improve the quality of material otherwise sales of car may decline. And now its up to you. As other car companies taking advantage of this thing they advice customer not to buy suzuki cars because of poor built quality so please take action on it.The bumper of car is so soft the metal of car is also very thin it gets dents easily....

unnecessary/extra charges

suzuki access 125 front fork broke

My complaint about the week frame of Access 125 vehicle which I brought in 2010 the front fork broke. I was riding the bike and just stopped the bike I was shocked to see that the front fork broke and the front wheel came apart & the body went down.

baleno broke down

My baleno (Sigma model petrol) with engine no. K12mn7152767, chasis no mbhewb22shk182988 broken down on road today as it was raining heavyly.

I called maruti 24*7 service and they took my car to service station, as they were unable to start my car there and then.

I purhased this car in nov'17 and distace covered since new is only 20742 kms.

This sudden breakage of new car is really very depressing....
