Maruti Suzuki India — dealer keep postponing the car insurance claim | |||||
Hi sir, I don't want to complaint but its untolerable now. I purchased a car previous year & had an insurance of it.in between car got some damage. Dealer told us that they will repair that car for free except some processing fee as per car insurance policy. Expiry date of insurance policy is 26 june. Now today on 22 june they say it would take 15 days to repair so i have to keep car at their service centre for 15 days. As i was told by dealer about 3 months ago that they can repair anytime we will come over their car service station. But due to lack of time i was not able to go at their car service station. And now they are excusing to repair car for current car insurance because they know we can't leave car at their service centre for over half of a month and asking only to do next insurance after the expiration of current car insurance. Please kindly look into the matter and take a suitable action. We have time only till 26 june. Was this information helpful? | |||||
