Maruti Suzuki India — Non refund of excise duty 0n purchase of swift dzire lxi | |||
I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my son anurag singh. Anurag singh has purchased swift dzire lxi for taxi purpose (Invoice no. 3812650, invoice date 25.11.2016, engine no. 1888577, chassis no. A38129) from m/s anand motors agencies lucknow. Registration no. Of the car is up32gn6993 with all india taxi permit. I have submitted his claim for refund of excise duty as per notification no. 12/2012-ce and notification no. 1/2016 along-with all the requisite papers and as per guidance fromm/s anand motors agencies to:- Mr. Sanjay kumar C/o-maruti suzuki india limited Sales & despatch (S &d-m) Plot no.-1, phase 3-a, Imt, maneser, gurgaon (Pin-122051) Vide speed post no. Eu[protected]in dated 09.02.2017. But i am surprised that since then i have heard nothing from your company. Neither the excise duty has been refunded nor any communication has been received. What does it mean. Please bestow your personal attention to the matter and immediately remit the entire refundable amount otherwise i will be compelled to adopt legal recourse against you on your cost & expenses.
