Maruti Suzuki — Unacceptable behaviour from service centre

BEING A MARUTI SWIFT FROM PAST 3 YEARS At 19th July 2015 around 9:30 am, I went to fast track Noida for paid service of my maruti swift UP14BS0830 and my SA mane was SANTOSH [protected]. He wrote all the complaints about the car and what all services it needed specially the vibration problem in the stereo and the wobbling left back tire. At 12 noon I received a message from the workshop that my car is ready .At 4:00 pm SANTOSH called me up that the car is ready and told me about the total bill and asked me to come and pick it up When I was at the workshop after clearing the bills and receiving my Job card number JC15005467 I checked my stereo which was still not working as the way it should and SANTOSH told me as I have not used Nippon speaker and JBL speakers from the showroom at the time of purchase itself from Rohan autos Noida we cant fix it. My simple question was to him that why he did initiated to call me up and tell me that my car still needs repair rather than telling me to pay my bills and take away my car. I complained this matter to the GM of fast track Noida and there SANTOSH accepted his fault and the GM assured me that my car is ready leaving the problem of Stereo. Today 20 July 2015 when I drove my car it still had the problem of the wobbling tire. Neither the tire was aligned neither there was wheel rotation done. I straight away complained this to the GM and in a furious tone complained about SANTOSH. GM THAKUR FAST TRACK NOIDA in a rude way told me that nothing can be done and you have to change the rim. IF THIS WAS THE CASE THEN WHY DID NOT FAST TRACK NOIDA INTIMATED ME THE SAME A DAY BEFORE. when I asked him that I would like to a file a complain regarding the issue where they have accepted that they where at fault and asked GM THAKUR that I should be provided with the employee number of MR SANTOSH, GM THAKUR told me that they cant provide me with any employee number or complain number and neither my wheel alignment report from day before service. My simple requests to them was to provide me with my complaint number and the employee number of both MR SANOSH AND MR THAKUR now. Then the complaint was forwarded to the director FAST TRACK he also gave a cold shoulder over the issue and in a very rude way told me that I should be given back my payment for the service and kicked out from the office THIS WAS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE BY ME because this was not the way to handle a customer even after FAST TRACK was at fault by both GM THAKUR and director Fast track. I was denied of my request and the attitude which was shown to me at fast track was testing me to my limits. Then I called up MR PRABHAKAR [protected](TCM MARUTI)(number given to me by FAST TRACK NOIDA) and told him all my complaint regarding the issue. He assured me that I will be provided with employee number and reports and the same was told to MR THAKUR GM FAST TRACK by him Even then also fast track denied me for providing me with the documents and told me that the staff is not present to give me the documents even when DIRECTOR fast track was present at the workshop at that time. HE did not even care to heed my requests and GM THAKUR was going on insulting me with his behavior which was off limits. An argument took place between me and him and he said he wont give me any documents and neither sign any letter that fast track should provide me with the document which was assured to me by the complaint- TCM person then the staff heard the conversation between me and GM came and threatened me that they will hit me if I don't go from here. Then the director fast track came and told me to take my service payment and go from there but FSAT TRACK wont provide me with any kind of document and I can do whatever I want to do I WAS HELPLESS THERE I CAME OUT from there THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMER EVEN AFTER WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT.. 1) THE SERVICE WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY 2) FAST TRACK NOIDA DONT KOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER 3) THE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE STAFF WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE I AM FEELING MENTALLY HARASSED THAT 15 GUYS CORNERED ME AND THREATENED ME THAT I SHOULD LEAVE THE WORKSHOP, this is not the way that Maruti handles customer relations. I KINDLY REQUEST MARUTI TO GIVE ME ASSISTANTCE REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND WOULD WANT STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST GM MR HK THAKUR AS HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER .I WOULD REQUEST I SHOULD BE HELPED BY SOME SENIOR FROM MARUTI'S renowned service staff. Its my humble request that I should be provided assistance from maruti and strict action should be taken against FAST TRACK NOIDA as the staff has assaulted me and gave a threat to my life.
