MCS Limited — allahabad bank share dividend non receipt

I have 100 shares, folio no-0000962, not received any dividend from fy-2012-13 till date, though have information about dividend declared and distributed till fy 2015.
Please refer to your office letter no-mcs/alb/162777/18 dated 18-dec-2014 acknowledging my bank account particulars/bank mandate as per my letter dated 11/12/2014.
