[Resolved]  MCS Limited — Renewal form not received for fixed deposit no.1203570 due 6.1.2013

Our association: the baroda hotel owners association's fixed deposit no.1203570 under l/f no.1203570 dated 7.1.2010 due on 6.1.2013 of sardar sarovar narmada nigam limited. But till date we have not received renewal form nor payment. We wish to renew the same for further period of 2 or 3 years. Kindly supply the renewal form and inform us whether the renewal effect with due date. Urgent reply to avoid interest loss.
