To whom it may concern,
It's been more than 24 days since cable broadband is out of service. I have been trying to call customer care but the number remains busy throughout. I have tried contacting local service provider but he is not responding to my calls. He kept on misguided throughout.
Local cable operator has taken monthly recharge amount which is more than the actual recharge value.
He told us that he is recharging higher value package which for i was paying him, but the actual fact was he cheated us with that & recharged with base package worth rs.472.
When i came to know through the online account of mine, i asked him & he said, this business is not registered by his name & he has taken it from another distributor, to that i asked him to show invoice. Every business should have the invoice which is a mandatory for any business & taxation.
He couldn't show that to me.
He lied throughout & it's been more than 2 years he cheated us.
Now the situation is that he is not working on getting the connection fixed since 20th may'20, cable broadband is out of order.
I am clueless about this, he takes an extra amount of rs. 120 from us as service charge on recharge packing value of rs.472+120 (Service charges) & this is what he gives the service.
