I got an unknown call claiming that He' is from Insusind bank offering a credit card to me. They asked to send the document and also asked me download an application called TeamViewer Quick Support. After downloading this app my mobile got hacked and An amount of INR 40, 000 has been deducted from my citibank credit card. I called Citibank and cyber crime they said the transaction happened on MerchandiseEBS account. Please refund my amount.
