Merchandiseebs — I'm complaining about debit/credit card fraud

A fradualent card transaction has been done on my debit & credit card. A person claiming that he is from electricity department asked me to share the mobile screen through team viewer so that he will raise the request from his his side to update the bill request. Immediately after that, he sent a text message with the link in it and asked to pay Rs 10 as an application fee. First, I used the credit card for the transaction and then he claimed that UTR number is not generating for the credit card. He asked me to used a different payment method. Then I used my debit card for the transaction for the same Rs 10 payment. Later realised that it was a fraud call and received continuous messages on phone that amount has been debited and both the card were used for MerchandiseEBS transactions. We lost money of 89500 rs from both the cards. We lodged a complaint in the cyber crime department. Could you please help me with the further transactions done on my credit card from MerchandiseEBS as it is a payment gateway so that it would be helpful.
