late arrival for pick up cause flight missing

I booked the meru cab well in advance. I received a call from meru call centre at 6.20 am, saying that the cab is late and the driver will reach your destination within 5 minutes and so it should've reached by 6.35 am instead of 6.30 am.

Even after repeated calls to cab driver and meru call centre, cab arrived at 7.10 am.

And because of this irresponsible behaviour i missed my flight and had to book another one...

charged incorrectly by the driver

The driver charged 100rs more from me. I booked meri cabs for the first time. After the ride he told that the bill is 988 and took 1000 rs. He said i will receive a message after 15-20 minutes and not now. But later when i received the mail it was of 888. The driver charged 100 rs. More from me. bad condition of car

The cab i took this morning from mumbai airport was in a absolute bad condition. The car was very old and not maintained at all. The whole car was shaking towards side ways. Highly risky to travel in such age old non maintained car.

I am surprised what kind of inspection mary has done before putting this vehicle on road for such a unsafe journey....

meru cab is a fraud @ terminal 2 igi delhi airport

Today i have experienced very worst behaviour from meru cab drivers @ 13th may 2018. I have booked 3 cabs for a people of 12members and the amount was 210rs one driver took the same amount while the other two cab drivers charged 1200rs each finally they accepted taking amount of 370rs for each cab which is about 740rs. rude behaviour/no air conditioning/worst driving.

One of the worst services i have recieved in my life.ive been travelling for 20 years now and this bugger has the audacity to play around by not switching on the AC, no road sense at all and rude behaviour, has no manners how to talk to customers, its like he is doing me a favour, i would never use this kind of service and also would advise other passengers kindly boycott merucabs.

bill generated without trip

I booked a meru cab, scheduled at 3 in the morning. I paid it while booking itself.
I didn't get any cab, at 3:30 i got bill, asking for the feedback of my ride.

I paid 577, and no cab showed up, i got no call too and on top of it i received a statement stating my trip is completed.

It's ridiculous! How could a trip which has not started got completed. And i was charged for that too....

last min cab not booked despite advance booking

Booked the cab for 8:30 am to airport. Had booked it in advance, previous night. However, at 8:20 i called up as i didn't get sms. I was told cab is not available. Meru should have informed upfront. Such unreliability is not acceptable. Had it happened at 3 am or so, where would i go. Ridiculous service. Never again meru.

I have booked two cabs from delhi to noida sector 63 on 15th april 2018 around 11:00 o clock. The taxi booking man said you will get a receipt at end of your trip. meru cab hired from t3 airport delhi - bill not received

I hired a meru cab yesterday night from t3 airport. I paid driver rs. 764 as per charges appeared on driver’s phone. Driver told me that you will get your bill receipt on your phone but i didn’t get.
I got the sms for on my ride completion with message that if you need bill copy please sms your email i’d to [protected]. I did that also but didn’t get my bill receipt....

refund of toll tax amount paid

And after reaching i paid taxi fare and later i came to know that toll tax amount was included in fare. So i called up meru cab customer care and they told they will refund the amount. But they did not do so till now they are giving lame exsuse that bank is rejecting the amount

mislead in the taxi fare

I took a meru cabs from hyderabad airport to defence labs qtrs, kanchanbagh on 6th mar 2018 at 7.52 am (The details are enclosed as photos). bill not received from meru cab

Hello sir,

I used meru cab on 11th feb 2018 at hyderabad to travel from ameerpet to airport at 4:10 pm. The driver said you will get bill through mail. I consulted your receptionists on 14th, 15th and 16th feb 2018 regarding receipt of bill they told they will send through my mail sritech. [protected]@gmail.com. rude behaviour of driver

Please refer to my complaint dated 21.11.2017 of rude behaviour of driver vehicle number dl 1ry 8292 while traveling from delhi airport to delhi station. He took the long distance thus taking more time and more fare. I was about to miss my train also. On enquiry, showing dadagiri, he said that meru will never allow any other cab to enter airport.
