Metro Cabs Jaipur — Not adhered to booked timings

This is in regards to my booking on 17.08.15 at 09:00 PM pick up from vaishali nagar. I appreciate that you confirmed my booking to hire a car with just a call with pick up at 9 pm. At 9 when your car didn't reach at pick up point I called to your driver to check his position . He told me that he got the confirmation 10 minutes ago and he was in 22 gaudam that time. As I have to catch my train at 9:40 and there is no scene of car reaching the pick up point in time . Somehow the cab reached at 09:15-20 pm we just boarded the cab and drove towards the railway station. All were in trauma what if we miss the train . Details are as per below: Booking SMS is "THAX FOR CHOOSING METRO CABS.YOUR TRAN ID FOR 17 Aug 21:25 IS C270753.STATUS OF CAB SHALL BE INFORMED, VIA SMS 20 MNTS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED TIME.COND.APPL" Oh my pick up time shifted to 09.25 from 09:00 pm automatically. Wah metro cabs :) In the whole scenario what i have learnt that booking personnel[protected] sitting in offices are not inclined to customer requirement and there is no commitments towards customer satisfaction. I booked cab at metro cab number around 2 hours before the pick up . And driver get confirmation 5-10 minutes before pick up and cab reaches at 9:15 PM late from booked time. If after 2 hours gap in booking still this happens then you guys need training for working like professionals. Pathetic services.
