[Resolved]  Metro Cabs Jaipur — Accident because of sleepy driver

I had booked a cab at Metro Cabs Jaipur with the following details:
From: Jaipur main railway station
To: Gayatri Nagar Durgapura
Date: 11/10/2012
Time: 4:00 AM

The cab reached at 4:15 AM and it was easily evident that the driver (Mr. Dashtarath) was sleepy. He was driving above 80kmph. After just 5 mins drive he rammed the car in an auto in the middle of the street. There were 3 kids in the auto with their father in the passenger seat. I got a concussion, the auto driver had a skull fracture, the smallest kid who was around 7 yrs old had some bruises and a girl had her foot fingers crushed.

I directly called my father, who called an Ambulance right away. After approx 15 mins Police and Ambulance had reached the scene. All this was caused because the cab driver was over speeding and was half asleep. I called the cab company to inform about the accident and asked them to send some officials but no one came.

This is a clear case i[censored]n-trained drivers appointed by the company, showing negligence of customer life on their part. I am willing to sue them as no compensation has been paid to me.
