Metrozip Pune — Metro zip card not received | |||
I have registered and paid for metro zip card on 7th Jan 2016. But even after two weeks I didn't receive my travel card. Every time I call the metro zip customer support, the person says that you will DEFINITELY receive it today or tomorrow. But that today never comes. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am experiencing same issue. I have mailed the customer care four times. Called them and they said same to me that I will get a reply today by 3 PM but that today never came. There should be a number where these kind of issues can be escalated.
