Yes the service is getting worse and worse...
First the app itself is a waste... incorrect tracking details .. and if we go by the tracker den surely you are going to miss the bus.
Second is the timings ... always delayed ...sonetimes by 1 hr or cancelled with out amy intimation.
Thirdly if by we board the other bus (in case leave early ) and if we try to reschedule it shows 0 vacancy ...so no chance of rebooking ... then we have to have an 1 hour conversation with the driver giving him the reason why we are boarding and due to what reasons ... .still not satisfied wi have to call the Customer service no whichs always busy when required .

Metrozip didnot stop at my pickup location and just ran away. I don't want to opt for Can service that's why I have booked the Bus service. The location tracking id the worst instead remove that feature. I need my money back and an apology.
