From last 2 weeks, r29b or r29c (9:15 login pick up) cancelled on alternate days and employees are travelling by standing in one bus. No seats are available. All the employees are frustrated as no response from customer care to complaints. Many times customer care phone was busy or ringing but no one pick it up. Drivers are not cooperating and asking employees to contact customer care but customer care is not within reach (Number busy or no body accept the call). Are employees paying for such worst service? Metrozip management is worst. Planning and execution is failed.
