Me and my wife booked slot for RT-PCR test for ourself as we were travelling and sample were collected on the nxt day. After 24 hr i got my result in mfine app but my wife's result was pending. This was pending for almost 4-5 days . After numerous follow up we got the result and by the time we need to cancel our travel plan due to this delay with a 5% refund from airline. But the result was someone else. App is registered with my wifes number and details and she was using it frm long. Mfine customer care is saying we did make the profile change and we booked the testing for other. Its like a serious offence and blunder by mfine team.
