When we purchased the mobile, the product was not working as per the specification given and when we submitted to the service center, the mobile due to some technical problem . The company is often put in service center for at least 6 month under 1 years warranty, and they have mentioned in bill that the repaiaring period will not be counted in warranty period, now the 1 years warranty has been lapesed and the company is refusing to admit the mobile for repair /refund but the mobile is still not working properly.at present time the battery problem is as it is . I request you to kindly take some legal action against company and give us the remedy..
