Micromax — 1.5 rupees deducting for registration every time (5 times in a day)

I am using micromax canvas hd 2 . I have reset my factory settings after that "Congratulations on purchasing micromax handset press continue to register with us for warranty services and updates and more standard sms charges apply" like that its showing.
