Micromax — A069 - sound issue (bought from before 6 months)

Hai Sir, I newly bought A069 model android set from your company before 6 months back. But the hand set starting itself making so much uncomfortable. Main issue is Sound incoming and outgoing both the sounds are not clear. And the storage also troubling me a lot always need to reset or reformat my mobile.
