Micromax — A102 not switching on

My name is rakesh. My A102 (Canvas Doodle 3) mobile stopped responding on 20/05/2015. It is under Warranty. I took the set to M/s gopal telecom (authorized Micro max service in jalandhar) on 21/05/2015. They told that there is hardware problem in set and it will be sent to Delhi office where it will be repaired. They issued me a job-sheet with no. N[protected] and told me that it will be delivered to me within 10-12 days. Now it is nearly 25 days but gopal telecom is saying wait. We will inform you when it is done. Kindly clarify me the position of set asap.
