Micromax A104 — Service not done within warranty period | |||
I have purchased Micromax A104 on AUG 6TH 2014.The display of handset was not working, since it was coming under warranty period i had given for free service on July 11th 2015 at your authorized service center at Calicut.The deliverable date was after two weeks but at the end of 2nd week they called me and told that display is not available and they had discussed with the authorities and assured that they will rectify the issue and deliver it within next two weeks.But they again failed.When I went to collect my phone on 25th Aug 2015 they told that they were going to send the handset for servicing but they are not sure that they could solve it. buy that time the warranty period was completed. around 45 days my phone was in service center.i dont know whether micromax was trying to fool their customers by servicing their phone after the expiry of warranty period.The job sheet and purchase bill is attached with this mail. Since it was taking a long time for servicing i asked them to return the phone. they canclled the job sheet and return it.so since it was extreme situation thats why i am sending a direct complaint, because i had lost trust on your service center.
