Micromax — A210 model not charging cheating happened in micromax care richmond road centre | |||||
I am sudipta had some charging problem with my micromax a210 model & took it to micromax authorized service centre address royal corner, near double road petrol bunk, lal bagh main road, sampangi rama nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560027 phone:[protected] on 03.05.16 vide job sheet no. S[protected]. They took my phone & after that no response. Everyday i was calling & following them up. Maximum time the contact mobile no. Is not reachable or telling invalid. Very rarely get the call connected & if connected some lady receives & speaks only in local language & doesnot have english literacy. Sometimes one rachana cusrtomer dealing exceutive & mr. Vishal received the call & tells they will call back but never i get any call from them. Anyways, after so many follow ups i got fed up & on 10.5.16 i called [protected] (One responsible micromax stuff) i complained him about the poor & delayed response & immediately after 5 minutes i received one call from[protected] at 3.58 pm by mr. Vishal who said that he is the service mechanic of the concerned micromax care & told me to come down as my motherboard is damaged & it will cost rs.5000 for repair. I was shocked to know that & rushed to them at 6pm. After meeting vishal he is not able to explain me what exactly the problem is & insisting for change of motherboard which costs rs.5000/- i told him that i am also an electronics engineer & i can completely understand the technical issues if he explains me by technical ways. But he is not having any words to answer me & again & again telling for mother board replacement. I have complete security paid version installed in my mobile which has anti theft alarm facility. Whenever vishal switching on the mobile within 1-2 minutes alarm sounds & message come 'your phone is locked' i just turned off the anti theft alarm by putting secret password & after that he is able to access the phone. Hence, it is 100% proved that they could not open & access my phone due to the complete security & simply telling to change device motherboard. After that i told give the phone back to me but he was insisting again & again to keep the phone to change the motherboard & telling me to take data back up immediately. I got doubt & took the phone. The whole incident happened on 10.5.16 around 6.30pm-7pm there in presence of customer relation executive ms. Rachana & one more lady stuff. Anyways i returned with the phone & planned to take it to other micromax care of bangalore. On 12.5.16 afternoon 3pm i went to malleswaram micromax care & met mr. Shivraj service mechanic & to my surprise their service is so prompt that within 10 minutes shivraj checked my mobile & told that pcb shield is tampered & vanished, other small ic locks are also broken & vanished previously & pcb is heated up by blow to damage the motherboard. I never give it to outside shops & i want to get it serviced through micromax care only. I explained the same thing to mr. Shivraj. Immediately i called vishal from there over phone & he is simply doing drama not to recognize me & giving to the other stuffs to attend me & finally when i shouted he disconnected the call. This is a completely cheating case & richmond micromax care stuffs just tried in an unprofessional way to damage device motherboard & tried to cheat me for rs.5000/- i am giving the complaint to punish them & give me compensation for damaging my motherboard components. Mr. Shivraj told me that the phone will be charged offline (In switch off mode) & all other functions are smoothly working then what is the issue related to motherboard.
