i submit my phone on date 04/01/2016 to the service center of bilaspur (c.G.) for repair of the power button which went wrong, i received it back within a week after repair but saw that now its keypad got damaged! so i gave it once again for service, they said that they don't have the part so it will be sent to the raipur head office for replacement.
Now it is more than 20 days and i calling the service center and head office regularly but they are just asking me to just hold on for about 15 days, than few days more etc. Nonsense..
I want my phone back it is urgent i said they are just saying we are mailing it urgent, they can understand my inconvenience and all that BS!!
you kindly give me a solution and give my phone back i just gave it for service because it is under warranty period right now. Please take action on it as soon as possible and give results Was this information helpful? |
