[Resolved] Micromax A300 — Ashamed on micromax service | |||||
I have given my mobile phone Canvas A300 for repair on 16/11/2015 but till yet i have not received my phone back. also i contact to customer care but no satisfactory response is received from service centre. haridwar service center is also not opened since 10 day. ALSO WHENEVER I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE NO. I.E.[protected] SOMETIMES NO BODY PICK THE CALL, SOMETIME CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE PUT MY CALL ON HOLD AND SOME TIME NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED BY THE CARE TEAM. I HAVE ALREADY SPENT MUCH MONEY ON CALL. AND SINCE LAST TWO MONTH I DON'T HAVE ANY PHONE YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW MUCH PROBLM I AM FACING. it is very ashamed service shown by Micromax.. please return my phone soon. please please please please LOOK INTO THE MATTER Was this information helpful? | |||||
