Micromax A310 — Not returning my handset | |||||
I bought micromax canvas A310 in april 2015 from JALANDHAR.surprisingly it stopped working on 4th dec without any reason/fault.i went to service centre on 5th dec.after 2 hours they told me that it is not a software problem, trouble is in the chip/motherboard, so they need it to be sent to gurgaon service centre..time limit told by them was merely 15-18 days, , , so i AGREED to leave my handset in their irresponsible hands..shockingly after 21st of dec i m daily visiting them to return my handset but they make irrelevant excuses .like handset has major problem, there is shortage of spare parts, handset is being repaired...MICROMAX EMPLOYEES R FULL OF EXCUSES...WORST SERVICE I HV EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE..MY CELL NO IS [protected]..My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com...can somebody plz tell me the procedure to file case in CONSUMER COURT Was this information helpful? | |||||
