Micromax — A311 blue

Dear concerned I had submitted micro max A311 Blue model mobile on 20/10/15 in warranty to authorized service center of micromax i.e. M/S Shri Hari Computer Solutions Rohtak with complaint no. N[protected]. It is very surprising that till date mobile has not been received back. On calling micromax's customer care no., every time reply is given that it will be done in a time of 15 days.Lot of emails also sent to micromax. Now more than two months have gone & still no clear status is known to us. Warranty period is going to expire while phone is lying with the company for so long. Its a matter o[censored]nnecessary harassment also.Since the company has failed to deliver the service in such a long time, I would like to take my whole money back along with suitable compensation.
