[Resolved] Micromax — A350 Model | |||||
I bought A350 model of Micromax close to more than 1 year back. After 1 month of my purchase I started facing issues with phone. it was not switching on. that time i was in Mysore and so submitted my phone in one of the customer service centre. after 3 months i got my phone back and again it worked only for few months and now it is with the Kalkaji customer service centre of Micromax for more than 3 months. Till now i have received 3 job sheets and yet no response from them. Staff there has been telling and us it with the company. i just want a new phone now. i have spent 22, 000 on this phone and this is the worst experience with any phone company. Micromax is in the business of fooling customers and not manufacture phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i had gone to the service centre. fought with them.
called multiple times shouted. but finally they changed the phone. Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
