Micromax A88 — Irresponsible servicing of my mobile phone at the local service center

Dear Sir, I do not get ringtone to receive calls and though I receive calls I cannot hear the other persons voice over my phone.There seems to be a problem with the software of my phone.The "Micromax care" service center failed to repair my phone in spite of repeated complaints. And they keep returning my phone in the same condition. I have repeatedly gone to the service center with the same problem.
