Micromax — After Sales service is more pathetic | |||||
I purchased Micromax mobile E311 Nitro-2 on 25th May 2015. Phone was having manufacturing defect of Mic. After submitting this phone on Satguru Communication, got replacement of set on August 2015. Replacement Set Mic was working fine but noticed after 2 days that it was having network issue. After 10-15 mins continue talking set got heat up and all network signals got disappears. It was resubmitted to Satguru Comm, Sec-18 and got repaired after certain days. The problem was not rectified and again submitted this set to another Micromax authorized service centre M/S Rapid Communication on 3rd Oct 2015. I have received set 3 times but all times, I have resubmitted to the same authorized customer care center as problem still persist. Today is 2nd Jan but my phone is still at customer care center. You are requested to please help to get my money back as I got fed up by continuous visiting service center. Was this information helpful? | |||||
