Micromax Android One — Shortage of board accessories and full of complaint

I purchased android one mobile and i had been facing with a lot of complaint during warrenty period, 3 or 4 month warrenty is remaining. I went to service centre more than 3 times and they hanged up the phone around 45 days and said that the board was short, yet the phone will not be working smoothely. I humbly request you to take an action to fullfil my complaint...
