Micromax Android One — Very Bad Service(while handset is in warranty)

I have faced problem with mobile lock/unlock button. I went to your micromax care center on date 11/08/2015 i.e. Satgaru communication shop#1, veervati place, bhoja market sec-27, noida.
They checked and told me that you have to be wait 2 to 3 hrs but In evening they told me that your phone is dead during installation of software and we sent to it company.
They told me to wait for 5-7 days. But 7 days has been passed and they again postponing days. I also told them to return my phone but they refused.
I am a Handicapped Person with one leg and I can't visit service center regularly. I also try customer care no but they disconnect my call after 5 min of ringing and no positive response from service center also.
I really don’t know whether they going to repair it or not, please someone help me in getting my phone...
