Micromax Aq4501 — Not getting my phone back

I brought micromax canvas a1 on 23/12/14 and it stopped working on 08/09/15 and and i submitted it to the most cromax service center they assured me i will have my phone within 45days but 80 days have passed and they are always saying to hold on for 10 days what should i do.
