Micromax — Authorised service centre not giving services even under warranty period | |||
I am using Micromax A-177 Canvas purchased from Planet M Janakpuri, new Delhi on 15/09/2014 and when my phone was not starting I went to Authorised service station Rapid communication Tilak Nagar in July 2015 to get it checked. It was a shocking experience to hear from them when they refused to entertain my request on the ground that in their system the warranty got expired. I am having the entire kit and original bill but nobody is helping. Customer care of Micromax says talk to Service centre, service centre says that talk to dealer who sold the mobile. I am running here and there but not getting any results. I must say that Micromax management has no control over their authorised service centres nor on their dealers.
