[Resolved] Micromax — bad quality micromax A350, want my money back | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased the Micromax A350 on dated 4-9-14 vide Bill no- 2869. Well after 30 days of the purchase of set it started problem of hanging & not working & finally it got dead in 45 days of purchase of set. I had given to your service centre at M/S Arihant Enterprises, Shop No. 1 & 2 (Ff), Sidhi Vinayak Complex, Opp. Sanjivani Hospital, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur - 302006 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com we had received a replacement of the set after one month . Now i am facing a problem in the replaced set of overheating, functions are not working properly, wifi not connecting, rebooting & hanging I had handed over again the set in same service center on 16-4-15. as I am unhappy & unsatisfied with the quality & performance of the set I dont want it again so kindly refund my bill amount 19000.00 INR of the set I had paid.
