Micromax — Bad Service | Demand money for Service | |||
I am using micromax canvas A102 mobile. Charger and headphone is of very low quality provided by the company. I have gone for Uttam Nagar service centre for replacing charger. One boy, Ali has demanded money for service even my mobile is in warranty period. One boy Tushar (telling himself CCO of service center), his behavior to talking to customer is very very bad. One girl Rishita had told me different different excuses for service and this that. Micromax this is ur service. Your service centre employee are very cheap n you r providing very low n cheap quality service. Now i never buy micromax products.
