Micromax — bad service of company and unethical behaviour of workers

my name is muhammadnazim shah i am from surat i taked my micromax unite 2 A106 at 29/06/2015. at service center of micromax of my city. address is :- m/s balaji communication shop no.323-324, upper ground, arihant complax, near udhna bus stand, udhna main road, surat, gujarat, pin code .394210 my job sheet no. is w[protected]. they say me u have to take your phone in service center and we repaire it and take it in 8 days now a day there is 10 days passed and my phone is till not repared they did'n tall my proper reason for delay. they told that parts of your phone is not recevied by company. and did't take proper date for deilevry please send proper parts of phone to service center as soon as posible plz take neccesry steps on this case thank you!
