Micromax — Battery problem and very unsatisfactory service | |
hello there.i am nikhil sharma, i live in sundernagar, himachal pradesh. i bought a micromax canvas nitro a310 from jwalamukhi, himachal pradesh, which is my hometown. a month or two back i started experiencing some problms with the battery of the handset. the device some times charges normallybut sometimes either charges extremely slow or DOESNT CHARGE AT ALL. i went to care centre, they kept the phone for 2 days. but after 2 3 days i face the same problem even now MY PHONE DOESNOT CONNECT TO MY PC, which it did before i sent it for repair. when i called back they started making excuses. the response was simply not upto the mark. when i asked for an explanation they said may be we should send it to the company which will take about a month. i asked if I GET ANOTHER PHONE FOR USING IN THAT TIME, he simply said no!! how can one spend a month without his phone and WHY SHOULD I?
