Sometime back I bought the Micromax A50 mobile phone but after some time its battery got damaged and is not functioning well. It hardly gives 5-10 minutes of backup, then the mobile switches off automatically. I have to continuously charge it in order to use it.
I searched the whole market but couldn't find its Battery. Even Micromax authorised Service centers fail to bring the one. This reflects the weakness in Micromax products and Micromax costumer service.
I would appreciate if you respond to this message asap.
