We purchased Canvas Blaze HD EG 116 (Black) (B2960072) IME [protected] model phone Inv.No TIL/15-16/DEL/OTN/302801 Dt 18.11.15. Observed over heat and if mobil data 'ON' network down. Complaint no[protected] date 8.12.2015. Still contact service center at Bhimavaram West Godavary Dist. They told not rectified. Waite some days. We asked why brand new mobil service takes this much of time to rectified complaint? If not respond we take farther step.
