Micromax — Canavs 4 Mobile phone is in Service Center since 27th Sept, almost 60 days.

Since 27th Sept. my Canavs-4 phone is in service center in Noida. I have no luck either with SC or your care team. No SLA no date.The service center just says - Sir your phone is in Narayana and PSU - mother board is crashed and we will give you new phone. Can I have a date? 60 days is enough is it not? to serve a request. Please avoid this is pathetic situation. I preferred Indian phone over others to take pride and I am not feeling good now. This is going no where. I have attached my job sheet. And request your urgent attention and escalation of this case. Please update me. Job sheet no# - N[protected]
